The Christening on Third Month

Grolier Disney Magic English

 

 It was one hot Monday morning when salesperson from Grolier Asia knocked in our gate. Husband and I got no idea about what the salespersons is up to but immediately they prompt us information on their products.

  

 Grolier Inc. originated with the Grolier Society founded in 1895 by a group of Boston scholars. They publish encyclopedias, children's books, reference sets, educational materials, and also multimedia products. Grolier is a leading provider of high-quality educational materials that provide parents and teachers with the tools they need to enlighten and support the educational development and well-being of all children.

  

 I find it interesting since our 17 month old daughter is a fast learner. At her age, she now know her alphabet books and contents and easy to remember rhymes and sound. She is also fond of watching videos that's why we're very careful to in what to watch whenever she's around. She can now identify the monkey, dog, horse, cat and other animals featured in Barney's song. She started watching Reggie and Zachary of Pancake Manor when she was 2 months old. The ABC, Shapes and colors I guess we're already stored in her young mind that she can easily remember it now that she's a little older. She also pronounced words quite impressive as she has her neutral accent. That's why when Grolier came up to the scene, husband got really interested and say yes to the salesman. As they had their product demonstration, they were amazed how my daughter enjoyed and worked along very well with the demonstration. It's a little pricey for 11,000 pesos. That includes 26 activity books and 26 dvd's and a talking pen that whenever to be put on word or picture it can identify it and pronounced it properly. Good thing they have this promotion for an installment basis and a lay-away plan. We just need to give a down payment in a sum of 800 pesos and we can get the books same day. They also said that there's a lay-away for about 6 months if we can't pay the monthly dues yet the price is still freeze and remains the same. I don't think that we will be thinking twice on getting the books, besides we're also waiting for baby number two and surely it will still be usable for the next child in the house. As for the moment,because we we're into house renovation, we haven't get the item yet and just asked for their contact numbers but indeed we're very interested for the product. The sooner that we can have enough we'll going to contact them.

Mama's Treat

It's been so long since this blog has been updated. Yet my promised to post my little master's monthly me is not made still, I will post it here though a little too late.

My second month is my mama's treat. See how I really appreciate her that even pictures can told you so. A little bit irritated to my parents not because they didn't prepared something for me but instead they insists having a picture with me while I want to be with mama!

This time before my first birthday my mom decided to post my monthly me photos. Hope you enjoy looking at it, how I grow fast. It's my first month day before mommy's birthday. Dad from work brought all the foods on the table. Though I am not yet able to taste it, the time I can read this blog made by ,mom I can say though how simple they prepare I am drooling of it.
